In session one we learn about our tendency to live life on automatic pilot and how we might break free from that and live more presently.

Perspective Matters

In session three we learn that the body is an incredible barometer for working with how we feel and how we can use it to help us to manage stress more effectively.

Meeting Difficulty
In session four we explore the ways in which we meet challenges. What helps and what hinders our suffering?

Power of Letting Be
In session five we learn that the more we try and resist our emotions the more they control us. We practice allowing things to be as they are.

Kindness is Key
In this last session we look at how the way we treat ourselves has a huge influence on our wellbeing. Instead of being a bully to ourselves we learn how to become our best ally.

Hi, I'm Lucy,
You might be wondering what makes me qualified to talk about Mindfulness.
I am a qualified Mindfulness teacher with a Masters in Teaching Mindfulness (Distinction) from Bangor University's Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice.
I am also passionate convert to the life-changing practice of Mindfulness, which not only saved my sanity, but also my relationships.
As a single mum, I was living life on the edge of a breakdown, and frazzled.
Something had to change.
A chance recommendation of Ruby Wax’s audiobooks alerted me to the benefits of mindfulness and after taking an 8-week MBSR course, I was hooked. I continued to practice and found that it made such a difference to my life.
I was calmer.
I was happier.
I was more confident.
Life was so much better.
And so I never stopped practicing.
I dived into learning everything I could about Mindfulness and I wanted that same transformation for others. So, after redundancy from my corporate training role, I trained to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and set about telling my little corner of the world all about the amazing benefits that Mindfulness can bring.
And now I want to share that knowledge with you!
