I'm inviting you to join me for a 3 night retreat in a dedicated retreat centre at the foothills of Snowdon
You might imagine that a retreat is a chance to run away, but actually it is the opposite. The retreat is from the chaos of your daily life but instead of escaping, it is an opportunity to really tune in and connect with yourself and the peaceful environment. It's an invitation to rest, to just be, and to deepen your practice. Join us for a gentle journey of self-discovery in the heart Snowdonia, Wales.
In the rush of daily life, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves, our breath, and the simple joy of being present. This is your chance to pause, reconnect, and listen to what your body and mind truly need.
Join us for a weekend of guided mindfulness meditation, periods of silent practice (10am-6pm each day) and movement practices, for those looking to deepen their mindfulness practice. This retreat is about slowing down and giving yourself permission to be fully present.
It is is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life, to reconnect with yourself, and find a deeper sense of peace and clarity. It’s not about striving for perfection or pushing yourself—it’s about embracing where you are, right now.

Introducing your retreat leader:
Lucy has been a Mindfulness practitioner for over 12 years and has a Master's degree in teaching Mindfulness. She is founder of Presence of Mind and runs a meditation group, courses, workshops and of course retreats for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
Nourishing programme of practices
With approximately 20 hours of practice across the 4 days, this programme offers a mix of guided movement and meditation practices and time for yourself. Crafted to enhance emotional regulation, encourage physical wellbeing and promote personal growth.
Expert Guidance from Lucy
Led by Lucy Woods, a skilled Mindfulness teacher with a Masters in Teaching Mindfulness, this retreat is tailored for those who have an established meditation practice.

Whilst meditation is a solo pursuit, it is best done within groups. As I guide you gently through a programme of guided meditations, silent practices and mindful movement, your experience of the retreat will be unique. You will connect more fully with yourself and others. The retreat is designed to help you to manage your emotions more skilfully and really connect with the way you wish to live your life.
Trigonos is an 18 acre estate in a quiet Snowdonia valley. It borders a lake within a superb mountain landscape that looks up to the west face of Snowdon. The perfect environment to practice Mindfulness.
