Terms, Conditions and refund policy for retreat with Presence of Mind

• Presence of Mind requires full payment for the retreat at least 30 days before the start of the retreat. You may withdraw your application up to six weeks before the retreat begins. At this point you will be offered a refund if full payment has been made. If you cancel after this time, unless a replacement for your space can be found, no refund will be offered. 
• If you have an agreed payment plan you will be legally responsible for all payments for the entire retreat even if you choose not to attend it.
• We require everyone attending a Presence of Mind course or retreat to complete the Application form (which will be emailed after purchase) giving full details and any health concerns prior to attending. 
• Feedback given to Presence of Mind by email/Facebook or on a retreat feedback form may be used to as promotional material on Presence of Mind websites and other promotional websites. It is your responsibility to advise in writing if you do not want your feedback to be used publicly.
