Introducing your retreat leaders:

Lucy and Pippa met during their studies in Mindfulness at Bangor University. They both have a passion for both Yoga and Mindfulness and each specialises in teaching in their fields of expertise.

Pippa has been teaching yoga since 2008, after training for 4 years with the British Wheel of Yoga (500hrs). Pippa also has a degree in sports science, a post-graduate qualification in Mindfulness from Bangor University and a Teaching Children’s yoga qualification as well as numerous professional qualifications. 

Lucy has been a Mindfulness practitioner for over 12 years and has a Master's degree in teaching Mindfulness. She is founder of Presence of Mind and runs a meditation group, courses, workshops and of course retreats for both beginners and experienced practitioners. 

Pippa and Lucy have worked on a number of retreats together and are delighted to be collaborating again. They both teach with a mindful approach and an invitational style, which encourages you to ease your way into your own practice and find out what works for your mind and body.

We are all different and have all had different journeys so we encourage you to find your own way with kind guidance.

Nourishing programme of practices

With approximately 14 hours of practice across the 4 days, this programme offers a mix of guided movement and meditation practices and time for yourself. Crafted to enhance emotional regulation, encourage physical wellbeing and promote personal growth.

Both experts in their field, Pippa and Lucy will support you all the way. This retreat is open to those new to either practice, or to those with an existing practice.
