Whilst meditation is a solo pursuit, it is best done within groups. As I guide you gently through a programme of guided meditations and mindful movement, your experience of the retreat will be unique. You will connect more fully with yourself and others. The retreats are designed to help you to manage your emotions more skilfully and really connect with the way you wish to live your life.

Intensive Mindfulness Programme

With over 20 hours of learning and practice across the retreat, the programmes offers a mix of guided practices, periods of silence and mindful movement. Crafted to enhance emotional regulation, encourage physical wellbeing and promote profound personal growth.

Expert Guidance from Lucy

Led by Lucy Woods, a skilled Mindfulness teacher with over 6 years experience and a Masters in Teaching Mindfulness, the different retreats are tailored for either those new to practice or familiar with meditation practices.
